1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BLONEX Ltd. (the "Company"), including the website located at https://blonex.io and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Nature of Token

The token offered through our presale ("Token") is a utility token designed solely for use within our platform ecosystem. The Token:

  • Is NOT a security, investment product, or financial instrument
  • Does NOT represent equity, ownership, or stake in any company
  • Does NOT entitle holders to dividends, profits, or revenue sharing
  • Does NOT guarantee any monetary returns or appreciation in value
  • Is intended solely for accessing platform features and services

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction. Residents of the following regions are prohibited from participating: US, CN, KP, IR, CU, SY. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are not a resident of any restricted region.

4. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge and accept that:

  • Cryptocurrency and digital assets are highly volatile and risky
  • You may lose some or all of your principal
  • Past performance does not indicate future results
  • Regulatory changes may affect token usage or value
  • Technical risks including smart contract vulnerabilities exist
  • Liquidity is not guaranteed

5. No Refunds

All token purchases are final. Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, refunds are not possible once a transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain. Please carefully consider your purchase before proceeding.

6. Vesting Terms

Tokens purchased during the presale are subject to vesting. Presale participants will receive 15% of their tokens at the Token Generation Event (TGE), with the remaining 85% released linearly over 12 months. The vesting schedule is subject to the smart contract terms and cannot be modified.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PURCHASE OF TOKENS.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
