How the main actions fit together
BLON Buy screens connect several separate actions. Read this flow to understand which screen to check first and why values can appear different.
1. Check the connected wallet
Purchase, staking, claim, swap, and referral status are shown for the connected wallet. If you use multiple wallets, confirm which wallet is currently connected first.
2. Separate purchase from the next action
Presale purchase, vesting, and staking are separate steps. Buying BLON does not automatically mean the same thing as staking or claiming rewards.
3. Separate principal and rewards
Active staking amount is the basis for reward calculation. Claimable reward is separate BLON generated from that basis, so these numbers can be different.
4. Claim rewards before using them
Staking rewards do not automatically become USDT. Check claimable reward first, claim when available, then review swappable balance and quote again if you want to use Swap.
5. Check the source of BLON before swap
Presale staking reward BLON can follow purchase-basis and FIFO rules. General wallet staking rewards may not follow the same swap eligibility path.
6. Read referral and team status carefully
A visible referral or team member does not always mean active, eligible, and qualified conditions are all complete. Check purchase, staking, reflection time, and member status together.
7. Prepare context before inquiry
For a 1:1 inquiry, include wallet address, transaction hash or reference text, time, screen name, the value that looks wrong, and screenshots when possible.

PresaleDo I receive all purchased BLON immediately after the presale?+
No. Standard vesting releases 15% after TGE and the remaining 85% over 12 months. If you use presale staking, the purchased BLON is the basis for daily reward calculation.
StakingDo rewards need to be claimed every day?+
Yes. Staking interest, referral rewards, and team rewards should be checked and claimed in the Rewards tab every day. Unclaimed daily rewards may disappear.
ReferralCan I change my referral code later?+
No. Once the staking referral code is confirmed, it cannot be changed arbitrarily. When restaking, the referral-code input may disappear because the existing basis is kept.
TeamHow should I read Team Reward rates?+
Team Reward is applied to downstream interest according to your current team level. Level 1 is 10% and Level 6 is 40%, but member status and left/right conditions still matter.
SwapIs swap calculated at the live market price?+
For eligible presale staking rewards, swap can follow the original presale purchase basis and FIFO order, not a live market price.
PresaleWhat is the difference between standard vesting and presale staking?+
Standard vesting makes purchased BLON available over the vesting schedule. Presale staking uses purchased BLON as the reward basis and lets you check daily interest in the Rewards tab.
PresaleWhat should I check if a purchase is not visible yet?+
Confirm the connected wallet, network, transaction status, and transaction hash first. Screen reflection can take time, so keep the wallet address, time, amount, and hash for support if it stays missing.
StakingWhy are active staking amount and claimable reward different?+
Active staking amount is the principal or basis used to calculate rewards. Claimable reward is separate BLON generated from that basis, so the two numbers should not be read as the same value.
StakingAre presale staking and wallet staking the same?+
No. Presale staking starts from purchased presale BLON, while wallet staking uses BLON already in the wallet. Reward source can affect swap eligibility, so check which path the BLON came from.
ReferralDoes staking referral use a referral link?+
No. Staking referral uses a referral code. Presale referral is a separate admin-controlled area and should not be confused with staking referral.
ReferralHow are staking referral rewards structured?+
Referral rewards can extend up to 25 generations. The 1st generation uses 20% of that user's received interest, and later generations use lower rates by tier.
TeamWhy does the team screen care about the weaker side?+
The team system uses left and right lines. For qualification, the weaker side means the smaller of the two line volumes, so a large strong side alone may not raise the team level.
TeamHow is binary placement decided?+
The first staking action with a referral code sets the relationship and selected left/right side. If that direct side is already occupied, placement can continue under the available path on that side.
SwapWhy should I claim before swap?+
Reward BLON usually needs to be claimed first before it appears as a swappable balance. Check Rewards first, then review the Swap quote again.
SwapWhy can the swap amount be lower than expected?+
Swap availability can be affected by reward source, purchase basis, FIFO usage, liquidity, limits, participation conditions, and quote expiry.
